TrueServe helps you design, test, and operate AI agents that talk to your customers by phone, in chat, and inside other applications. This guide is for day-to-day users.
The browser application is named Agent Studio, which is also the title shown in its browser tabs.
This is the user guide. It covers what you do in the browser. If you build, deploy, or extend the platform itself, the Developer Docs cover the code, APIs, and architecture instead.
What you can do here¶
- Prepare and test knowledge: build Knowledge Management Agents with source evidence and reviewed releases.
- Explore conversation data: configure Analytics Agents, upload transcripts and review cited answers when Analytics is enabled.
- Test Poppy agents with an assistant: use the separate Ari app, optional phone view and protocol lab.
- Author agents: drag speech, language, and voice services into a working agent, then tune its prompts and tools.
- Design a multi-agent demo: connect self-service, supervisor approval and human-to-human Copilot assistance in one design conversation.
- Run background agents (workflows): chain steps that fire on a schedule, a webhook, or CRM events.
- Connect integrations: wire in Salesforce, Genesys, Webex, Five9, Amazon Connect, and more without writing code.
- Publish UI catalogs: ship branded chat surfaces and agent UIs without rebuilding from scratch.
- Watch what happens: read transcripts and check the status page when something breaks.
- Review Studio designs: use the optional Chrome extension to leave comments on elements and copy feedback for AI.
Where to start¶
If you're new, read these in order:
For automated before/after checks, see Check whether agent changes help.
If you're already authoring agents and need help with one specific thing, jump to the section in the sidebar.
For continuous voice with a configurable reasoning backend, see OpenAI GPT Live.
For the separate Behavioral and English Assessments app, see Proficiency and the demo walkthrough.
For the PSP welcome call with a real participant, see ClearConnect.
Start with Home and the agent repository to browse all agent types, save favorites and return to recently opened work.
Where to go when you're stuck¶
- The agent-answering checklist and emulator checklist live under Agents.
- The Status page lives under Administration and tells you whether the platform itself is healthy.
-
For code-shaped problems, such as stack traces, schema questions, and deployments, use the Developer Docs.
-
AI assistant detection — enable the monitor, use live scores and understand the persistent Copilot card.
- Performance and Run tests
