Background workflow status¶

Use this node to inspect background saves for one conversation before completing dependent work. The lookup uses the current tenant and the conversation ID you supply.

Set Conversation ID to the original conversation UUID. Select jobs through an exact Job marker (the job's context._case_write_kind) or a list of Workflow IDs. When both selectors are set, jobs matching either are included.

Wait seconds controls how long to poll pending jobs, from zero to 30 seconds. Place this node outside a serialized subworkflow so the saves it waits for can acquire their own lock.

The node returns pendingUpdates, failedUpdates and verified. A completed job without an output of verified=true counts as unverified. verified is true only when no pending, failed or unverified job remains, including when no matching jobs exist. This node reports state; add a Branching Logic or Assignment rule to decide what to do with it.
