Takeda prior authorization copilot¶
Status: Current | Last reviewed: 2026-09-30
In Vanguard's TrueServe tenant, open Takeda Demo Build Copilot (published version 7). The canvas contains one Takeda PA coaching node. Select TakedaCoachingCard in that node; the published agent chooses the policy alert or records checklist from finalized conversation turns. Both views come from Settings → Catalogs → Takeda PA Copilot.
Show the payer alert¶
Say the opening from the demo:
Hi Denise, this is Marcus. I can see you have been working to move Renee Catellano’s prior authorization for a while. I’m sorry that you’ve experienced this significant delay.
The Payer Criteria Changed component shows the supplied Meridian Health Plan scenario: September 1, 2026 effective date and documentation of a prior Renbrivex trial. Equivalent discussion by the coordinator works too, including Renee's delayed authorization and the initial request last month.
Start Appeal opens preparation guidance. View Payer Bulletin opens the supplied demo bulletin details. These actions do not submit an appeal or fetch a real payer bulletin.
Show the records checklist¶
Either speaker can say:
Give me one second while I pull up her records.
The policy alert gives way to the second component, which shows:
- Prior therapy trial, therapy and dates
- Outcome of prior therapy
- Supporting clinical note
The records cue also works as the first turn in this dedicated Renee demo. A greeting or “Take your time” does not trigger it; a statement that the speaker cannot access the records does not trigger it.
The checklist's wording follows the supplied mockup. This first phase displays the three fields to discuss; automatic form population is not connected yet. The policy facts are synthetic fixture content supplied for this demo, not conclusions drawn from a real patient record.
Repeated turns update the same card positions without duplicates. Once the records phase begins, the checklist stays visible and the earlier policy alert is hidden unless the conversation explicitly returns to payer criteria. Starting another conversation clears the previous conversation's cards. An explicit switch away from Renee removes the Renee-specific alert.
Replay test¶
A developer can start the included loopback replay host on Vanguard and privately forward ports 3017 and 3002. Open http://localhost:3017, choose Start session, then Opening discussion → Send transcript, followed by Pull up records → Send transcript. The iframe renders the real published catalog through Surface App.
The agent is published for component development and transcript testing. Attaching a phone/CRM conversation source is a separate integration step; publishing the agent does not attach it to an existing call.
Genesys mapping access¶
Configure mapping opens the selected integration's routing settings. A platform-owned integration such as Deloitte Genesys Lab requires a platform admin to change those settings. Other users see a read-only explanation and disabled Save controls. Ask a platform admin to apply the required route, or use an appropriate tenant-owned integration. You can publish the copilot without changing the shared integration's routing. Selecting CCaaS availability alone does not create that route.
