Allianz Producer Services self-service

Last reviewed: 2026-10-10

Open Allianz Life Producer Services, agent 4873, to rehearse the self-service portion of the v2 producer script. Version 6 is published in the current workspace environment. Start a new call to use it; an existing call keeps its starting version. The demonstration uses David Chen and Helen Carter's variable annuity contract VA-5830194. The values and October/November dates are authored demo data.

Faster Connect opening

In Allianz - Producer Support, caller-record initialization starts before the welcome plays. The welcome uses the same voice as the AI agent:

Thanks for calling Allianz producer support. We're locating your records based on the number you're calling from. This will take just a moment.

Allianz is pronounced AH-lee-ahnz. The agent then says “Hi David! How can I help you today?” without repeating the thanks for calling. Its Start Conversation workflow reuses the preparation result. Record lookup does not replace the caller's authentication. In Preview, AI Activity shows this workflow with the resulting voice conversation, including preparation that began before the agent connected.

The flow retains its configured demo caller-number override. Use a new call to test the new opening; an existing call retains its original configuration.

Rehearse the call

  1. Ask for the current contract and surrender values.
  2. Agree to receive the secure verification link and complete verification. Saying “I'm verified” does not replace the verification step.
  3. Review Contract Value and Estimated full withdrawal on the customer screen. The amount is an estimate before tax withholding; final values depend on receipt in Good Order and market performance.
  4. Ask “Can you tell me more?” to discuss the anniversary charge reduction and partial withdrawal privilege.
  5. Ask for a representative, or select Speak to a representative on the withdrawal-options card. Stay on the line while the phone service handles the transfer.

The current phone service can send a separate chat link after verification. Use the link identified by the assistant. The script's single-link transition is not available yet.

During the conversation

You can request a representative at any time. You do not need to complete the self-service discussion first. If verification is declined or fails, the assistant does not disclose contract values.

Asking for a recap keeps the call open. Say goodbye when you want to finish. The self-service assistant does not submit withdrawals or prepare the later recurring-withdrawal illustration.

Saved tests

Open the agent's Test view for the Allianz v2 cases. The tests use real speech providers with simulated verification and Salesforce operations. They cover the normal journey and failure paths; a test transfer does not place a real call into a representative queue. All eight cases passed for the earlier v2 publication, including the complete script at 100%. The startup change has separate preparation, routing and recording checks.

The Salesforce summary now describes what happened in the call, including failed or declined verification. It no longer inserts a fixed successful verification narrative.

The representative's later work is covered by the Allianz producer workspace.
