Signing in¶

Most users sign in to TrueServe through their organization's single sign-on (SSO), using their corporate credentials. Separately provisioned local test accounts use a TrueServe username and password.
How to sign in¶
- Open the TrueServe URL your administrator gave you. In the dev environment that is
https://ai-manager.vanguard.dev.trueserve.deloitte.com/. Production tenants use a different host. - Click Sign in.
- TrueServe redirects you to your identity provider (Authentik in dev; Okta, Azure AD, or your corporate IdP in production).
- Authenticate with your usual corporate credentials (password + MFA, passkey, etc.).
- TrueServe returns you to the app, signed in.
First sign-in¶
The first time you sign in, TrueServe creates your user record. Your tenant roles and direct permissions come from your identity-provider assignment. If you can sign in but every page shows "you don't have permission to view this," ask your tenant administrator to grant you the right role or permission. See User roles.
Local test accounts¶
If an administrator has supplied a local account, open /login?local=1 on
your Studio instance. This opens the username/password form without the
automatic SSO redirect. Enter the supplied local credentials; a corporate SSO
password does not become a local password automatically.
For read-only testing, use a separate account with Viewer membership in the tenant being tested and no Platform Admin access. Open the link in a private browser window to keep your normal session separate. An already signed-in browser continues to use its existing account.
The parameter selects the login form. A valid password and active tenant
membership are still required, and the account's roles determine its access.
Opening /login without the parameter retains the normal SSO flow.
SSO problems¶
If you cannot get past the IdP login screen, ask your IT team. TrueServe cannot let you in until the IdP confirms who you are.
If the IdP redirects you back but TrueServe shows "Sign-in failed," screenshot the URL bar and the error, then send both to your tenant administrator. This often means the IdP points at a different TrueServe environment.
Signing out¶
Click your avatar in the top right and choose Sign out. This clears your TrueServe session. Depending on how your IdP is configured, you may also need to sign out of the IdP itself to fully log off.
