Home and the agent repository¶
Status: Current | Last reviewed: 2026-10-08
Use Home to review activity and return to your work. Use Agents to find, create and manage Scene, Analytics, voice, chat, copilot, translation and background agents together. Background agents use the existing workflow graph, triggers and execution history.
Home¶
Home shows Published Agents, Live Workflows, Conversations, Recent Activity, Notifications, Agent Portfolio and Quick Access. Search names, descriptions, IDs, tags and types; select a result or submit the search to open the repository. The unboxed + New Agent control opens the type menu. Import is available in the Agents repository.
Activity always covers the last 24 hours and refreshes about every 15 seconds while Home is visible. The Conversations card has its own Last 24 hours, Last 30 days, Last 90 days or Last 12 months selector, defaulting to 30 days. Select its count or label to open conversation search with the same rolling start time and test conversations included. A failed count shows a retry action. Agent Portfolio shows the published percentage as text. Inventory counts describe the current repository, independently of this activity window. Published Agents and Agent Portfolio count conversational agents; workflows have their own count. Templates are excluded from these inventory totals. Portfolio published share appears as a percentage beside the totals. The “in draft” counts describe agents whose publication status is Draft, rather than counting every published agent that also has an editable draft copy. Agents without version records are counted as drafts, including those still being generated.
Recent Activity starts with five entries. Show more reveals the remaining loaded entries, up to 50; Show less restores the compact feed. Below each name, finished activity shows its duration and running activity says In progress. Older finished records without timing say Duration unavailable. Tests are included without Test/status tags. Caller and conversation identifiers are hidden.
Select an activity entry to open its agent editor; background runs open their workflow editor. The whole row is clickable, and keyboard users can focus the agent name and press Enter. Entries whose agent is no longer available remain visible without a link.
Notifications shows your generation questions, completion and failure messages, plus workspace announcements when available. It does not aggregate drafts or failed runs from every agent. Those remain in repository status, Recent Activity and each agent's editor. Automatic outage announcements need a connected status source; an empty notification list does not certify platform health.
Quick Access groups your saved favorites into Favorited Agents and Favorited Workflows. Select a card to open its editor. Manage favorites using the favorite controls in the repository. The former Design with AI promotion, Recently opened tile and Manage Favorites link are removed from Home.
Home shows the agent types and activity your role can access. Insights is deferred and removed from navigation; old Insights bookmarks return to Home. Roles without agent authoring access get links to their available workspace areas.
Home notification actions are personal display preferences. Mark as done strikes through an item, Snooze for one hour temporarily hides it, and Dismiss or Dismiss all hides items. Show brings snoozed items back immediately. Preferences synchronize across devices for each tenant and user; they do not resolve the underlying issue. A failed sync keeps a local copy and offers Retry. A changed message reappears. Timestamped items from today show a new dot until you interact with them.
Find an agent¶
The sidebar shows the Deloitte Agent Studio brand above navigation; when collapsed, only its D-mark appears. Home opens directly with the greeting. The Agents header contains the page title, Import, New Agent, and the notification bell. Design with AI uses the same white header and teal page title. Analytics now lives in the Agents library; it has no separate sidebar entry. Import and New Agent sit side by side directly in the header without a surrounding box, including on smaller screens. Import is borderless; New Agent is teal. Home keeps its greeting and shows notifications in its Notifications widget, without a separate header bell. Search uses What can I help you find? and matches names, descriptions, IDs, types and tags. My Favorites, My Agents and My Recents are quick filters.
When you return from another browser tab, the list checks for updates in the background while keeping the current cards visible. Your search and filters stay in place. Loading placeholders appear when you first open the repository or switch tenants.
Open Filters to select:
- Type: Scene Agent and Analytics Agent (each appears only when enabled for this deployment), Voice Agent, Chat Agent, Copilot, Translation Agent, Workflow Agent. Select multiple types to include any of them.
Subagents do not change an agent’s type. There is no Multi-Agent or Has sub-agents filter;
older
?type=multi_agentlinks open the unfiltered repository. - Last Modified and Date Created: Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days or Last 90 days. Dates use actual recorded timestamps.
- Status: Published, Unpublished Changes, Draft, and Template when available. Published includes published agents with drafts; Unpublished Changes narrows that selection to drafts of published agents. Older workflow activation filter links continue to work.
- My Stuff: the same Favorites, Agents and Recents switches as the quick filters.
Selections within a group are combined with “or”; different groups are combined with “and.” Sort By is inside the panel: Name, Type, Status, Last Modified or Date Created. Select the active sort again to reverse its direction. Clear All resets filters and sorting while keeping the search text. Closing Filters keeps its selections. Results appear as cards, with Previous/Next controls for more than 20 results. Result totals, type tabs and the card/list switch are hidden.
Card bands show Voice Agent, Chat Agent, Copilot, Translation Agent or Workflow Agent with the matching icon and color. Agents with configured subagents keep their own type, icon and color, with the sub-agent count beside the name. These same names appear in editor headers, favorites, management tables and templates. Search accepts the displayed name and the base agent type. The type is not repeated in a pill. The agent name opens the editor and can wrap onto multiple lines. The header contains the favorite heart and actions menu. The footer groups status, version and Last Modified. View Details opens the right-hand drawer and highlights the selected card. Wide screens retain three columns beside the drawer when space permits. Client logos appear only in the drawer, using linked voice/chat Branding. Tags remain searchable and are edited from the agent’s canvas settings.
Publication and activation are separate. A published background agent can be inactive; manage its activation from Settings in the workflow editor. Unpublished Changes has an amber status dot and means a published agent also has a draft. It does not claim that a configuration diff has been calculated. On a published conversational agent, Open draft takes you to its existing editable draft. Save As Draft appears when a draft needs to be created.
An agent being generated uses the same publication status; generation progress remains available in its editor. Older background agents without version records appear as Draft, whether active or inactive.
The former Workflows list opens the repository with Background selected. The list refreshes when you return to the window or browser tab, removing entries that were deleted while you were away.
Favorites, your agents and recents¶
Select the favorite icon on a card to add or remove a favorite. My Favorites filters the repository; Home's Quick Access shows the same saved favorites. If saving fails, the icon returns to its previous state and a message explains that the change was not saved.
My Agents shows entries with your recorded creator ID. Older or imported entries without a recorded creator are excluded. It does not mean every agent you have permission to edit.
My Recents shows your last 50 opened conversational agents and last 50 opened background agents in this tenant. These remain available in the repository. Favorites and visits are saved for your user and tenant, so they follow you between browser sessions and devices.
Create and manage¶
New Agent opens a type menu, then the existing creation wizard. Templates, stack selection, custom creation and the existing Generate with AI option remain available where supported and enabled for your tenant.
Import accepts conversational-agent or background-agent JSON/ZIP exports and opens reference mapping when required. See Exporting and importing.
Select View Details to inspect the ID, tags, subagents and linked Branding. Capabilities shows the enabled Multimodal, Customer Authentication, Video Enabled and Human-in-the-Loop capabilities; the section is omitted when none apply. The card or drawer menu offers Duplicate, Export and Delete Agent. Edit tags in Settings in the agent or workflow canvas (Scene agents use Director’s Details tab). Save tags saves them across all versions. Workflow Active is also in its editor’s Settings and takes effect immediately. These controls are not in the repository or its drawer. Duplicate lets you select the source version and change the name and description. Open the agent for settings, versioning, publishing, Activity, Test and Preview.
Configuration opens Integrations. Tools & Templates and Configuration use those full labels in expanded and mobile navigation. Collapsed navigation shows icons only; hover over or focus an icon to see its label. Configuration's Access group and the agent Share button are currently hidden; existing permissions still apply.
The sidebar expands on browse pages and collapses in editors. Simulator/emulator sidebar shortcuts are removed; the editor's phone/chat previews remain available. Archive and Unpublish actions are not part of this update.
The global notification bell lives in page headers and Home's greeting, with no duplicate sidebar entry. Its badge shows unread notices (9+ above nine). The bell inside an agent editor is separate: it shows that agent's validation, Preview and save notices.
In Vanguard and designer exports, Design with AI uses the lightning icon and opens the gated conversational design workspace. Vanguard uses the connected authoring workflow; standalone designer exports use simulated replies. This entry is hidden in deployments where it has not been enabled.

Scene and Analytics experiences¶
When Scene agents are enabled for your deployment, choose New Agent → Scene Agent to open a starter recording directly in Director. Rename and edit it there; no setup page is required. Filter to Scene Agent to find directed experiences. Opening one goes straight into its saved script, timeline, phone and AI Activity preview. See Director.
Filter to Analytics Agent to browse Analytics experiences. Opening a published Analytics card launches its maximized preview; Edit opens the builder canvas. Draft cards open the saved draft preview for builders. The preview header has Minimize preview, Maximize preview, and Copy preview link. Back returns to the Analytics filter in Agents. Shared links preserve published or draft mode; draft access still requires authoring permission.
