Profile settings¶

Profile Settings is available to every signed-in user from the avatar menu in the bottom left.
What you can view¶
Profile Settings shows read-only account and access details:
- username, display name, and email
- active tenant
- tenant roles (Admin, Builder or Viewer)
- effective permissions
- platform-admin status, when applicable
These values come from sign-in and tenant membership data. To change them, ask your tenant administrator or identity-provider administrator.
Personal Access Tokens¶
Use the Personal Access Tokens section to create a token for scripts, webhooks, CLIs, or server-to-server integrations that should act as you in the active tenant.
Personal tokens do not have a scope picker. When you create one, TrueServe derives its access from your current effective tenant permissions. If your role or direct permissions are later reduced, the token's access is reduced too. Viewer tokens can browse and run agents of every type but cannot author them.
After you create a token, copy it immediately. TrueServe stores only a hash and cannot show the secret again.
You can list and revoke your own personal tokens from Profile Settings.
Tenant token administration¶
Users with the Manage Configuration permission can open Settings → API Tokens to audit and revoke tenant tokens. This is an administration surface, not the normal place to create personal tokens.
