Auto Club Group auto forms¶

The Auto Club Group · Auto insurance catalog contains two components:

• ACGAddDriverForm collects a driver's name, date of birth, relationship, and license state.
• ACGAddVehicleForm collects a VIN, year, make, model, and primary use.

Both use ACG insurance colors, consistent labels and spacing, and a review section. The customer must acknowledge the demonstration disclosure before selecting Submit details. Cancel closes the request without submitting details. Successful submission shows a summary of the supplied information.

In Tools & Templates → Catalogs, open the acg-auto catalog to preview either component. The populated preview examples are sample data. Add the catalog's acg_show_add_driver or acg_show_add_vehicle tool to an agent that should show these forms. These tools do not update an insurance policy.

The Agentforce Voice example uses the same styling in its linked browser app. Open the private link from the assistant and complete the form while talking. The submitted details can complete the assistant's outstanding wait without saying “done”. See the auto insurance demo for connection and timing details.

Spoken field-by-field edits do not currently update the visible form. The separate spoken-intake action accepts a complete confirmed set of details.

The supplied brand folder includes font guidance, but no font files. Mission Gothic displays where installed; other devices use Arial until the licensed webfonts are added to the host.
