Status page¶
Status: Current | Last reviewed: 2026-05-28
The status page tells you whether the platform is healthy outside any one agent or workflow. Open it when several things feel wrong at once.
Open the status page¶
The status page lives at https://status.<your-host>/. There's also a "Status" link in the bottom-left of the main app that takes you there.
You do not need to sign in. Partners and integrators can check whether TrueServe is up before they troubleshoot their integration.
What each indicator means¶
The page has rows for every component of the platform that user traffic depends on:
| Indicator | What it covers |
|---|---|
| AI Manager | The web UI you're reading. Authoring, transcripts, settings. |
| Voice runtime | Real-time voice conversations (the orchestrator and pipeline). |
| Chat runtime | Chat conversations and embedded surfaces. |
| Async agent | Workflow execution and event ingest. |
| Telephony | Inbound/outbound SIP, RTP media. |
| Database | The shared Postgres backing the platform. |
| Identity | The IdP integration used to sign in. |
Each indicator has one of four states:
- Operational: green. Everything looks normal.
- Degraded: yellow. The component is up but slow, or some requests are failing.
- Partial outage: orange. A subset of users or conversations are affected.
- Outage: red. The component is not serving traffic.
Health probes set indicator state. User reports do not.
Incident timeline¶
Below the indicators is a timeline of recent incidents. Each entry has:
- Started at: when the incident was detected.
- Affected components: which indicators were not green.
- Updates: the operations team's notes during and after the incident.
- Resolved at: when service returned to normal.
Resolved incidents stay on the timeline for 30 days for postmortem reference.
When the status page is green but something's broken for you¶
If the platform is green and only one of your agents is misbehaving:
- The problem is in your agent's configuration or in an upstream provider (OpenAI, Salesforce, etc.).
- Open the agent's recent transcripts and trace the failure.
- Check the integration's "Test connection". Credentials may have expired.
- If you're convinced the platform is wrong and the status page is wrong, file a ticket with a transcript link and your tenant slug.
