Review the GreenWaste Scene¶
Last reviewed: 2026-10-16
Open Agents → GreenWaste · Commercial service recovery (4952) in Vanguard. The Scene is an editable review draft with the realistic construction-site entrance photo, customer screens and a native Salesforce Agent Assist experience.
Voice takes are generated with Jerry B., Hope and Tiffany, all using V4. Use Play recording to review them with the screens. The video remains unrendered.
Inspect the draft¶
Use Script to read and edit the dialogue. Select a chapter and use the playback slider to inspect its screen states. Preview enlarges the stage. Stage holds the phone or Salesforce layout, records and component settings.
| Chapter | Review focus |
|---|---|
| Verify and reschedule Maple Street | Identity Verification, account query and Friday change completed over voice |
| Investigate and collect entrance photo | Oak Avenue missed exchange, rear entrance and Luis's contact details |
| Explain the exception and get acceptance | Dispatch/charge reason for transfer and context carried to the representative |
| Accept the call and schedule the exchange | Visible accept and Schedule Exchange clicks; delayed capture of Luis's noon–4 p.m. availability |
| Review the charge and receive dispatch approval | Credit coaching, reviewed $150 adjustment, and a Dispatch Update with the 1–3 p.m. window |
| Confirm the visit details | Alex responds on the same customer component without a screen flash |
| Book the exchange and confirm the outcome | Confirmation in the exchange form, Complete booking, a concise recap and both goodbyes |
| End the call and review wrap-up | Visible End Call click and a prefilled modal; case remains awaiting service |
The call starts with 1.5 seconds of silence. Account and schedule actions finish before the AI responds, with a 400 ms pause after each action. The phone opens a photo upload form after the link is sent, then shows separate upload and attachment confirmations. The representative transfer happens over voice.
When the call reaches Salesforce, Omni-Channel rings for three seconds and stops when Jordan accepts.
In Salesforce, Service Overview remains selected as its contents change. Schedule Exchange opens the exchange form; Review Charge opens the charge-review form. Fields captured by AI are highlighted. The sidebar shows the collapsed transfer summary while Jordan works, then a relevant suggestion when it is needed. The distinct Dispatch Update card includes a pickup window and Send to Caller.
After Alex confirms, the exchange form shows his confirmation and Complete booking. The final recap emphasizes the booked window, rear entrance, Luis, $150 credit and Friday removal. Playback stays in Salesforce through the goodbyes and End Call. Wrap-up opens with every field populated; Mark as Complete saves it while leaving the case Awaiting service.
Review the voices¶

The virtual assistant appears as an additional call persona. The primary agent voice belongs to Jordan. The revised script has 41 current V4 speech takes, plus the incoming ring, and runs approximately 4 minutes 55 seconds. Regenerating takes uses the current saved voice selections and delivery directions.
Demo details¶
The story takes place Tuesday, October 20, 2026, in California job-site time. Customers, service records, charges, policies and available appointments are fictional. The entrance photo is AI-generated for this demonstration.
The screens show the proposed experience. The Scene does not place a live call, upload a real customer's photo, write to Salesforce, apply a real credit or dispatch a truck.
