Insights (deferred)¶

Insights has been removed from the current interface. It may be revisited later; there is no planned return date. Old Insights bookmarks open Home.

Home provides a 24-hour activity summary and an independent conversation-count timeframe selector. Select Conversations to open conversation search. For one agent, use Activity → Conversation History or Activity → Change History in its editor. Open Test in the editor header for Overview, Run Tests and Results. The original Performance page is available only through its direct URL.

The former Insights reporting implementation is retained for future review.
